1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the customer – whether a consumer or a professional – has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without having to provide any reason.
Product prices are expressed in Euro and include VAT applicable according to the country of destination of the order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a written notice to RAL 3 S.r.l. at the e-mail address: info@passione500.it or from their account page.
After notification and approval, the customer will receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) containing precise instructions for returning the goods.
Warning:
- Packages sent without prior RMA authorization will not be accepted.
- In the event of unauthorised shipment, RAL 3 S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse the parcel.
2. Conditions for Returns
For the return to be considered valid, it is necessary that:
- the products are returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging;
- the goods are shipped within 14 days of notification of withdrawal;
- the parcel is properly packaged to prevent damage during transport;
- the shipment is addressed exclusively to the address provided by RAL 3 S.r.l. during the RMA procedure.
Checking goods upon delivery
Upon delivery, the customer is required to check the packaging and request the paper delivery note, on which they must sign, stamp and, if necessary, add a specific reason for reservation (not a generic one).
If the courier only has a handheld device, the customer must photograph the reservation entered by the driver; if this is not possible, it is advisable not to accept delivery of the parcel.
If the packaging shows any abnormalities:
- indicate a specific and justified reservation such as “broken cardboard”, “damaged packaging” or similar on the paper delivery note (not on the handheld device);
- photograph any defects in the packaging.
If the packaging is intact but there are doubts about the integrity of the contents:
- sign with reservation, giving reasons for your doubts.
The reservation of control must be made in the presence of the courier. In the absence of a justified reservation, we will not be able to intervene in the event of damage to the items.
RAL 3 S.r.l. shall not be liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging and reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.
3. Exclusions from Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- customized or tailor-made products;
- sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons, if opened after delivery;
- electrical or electronic spare parts already installed or connected;
- accessories that cannot be reused after use;
- perishable goods.
Products purchased on promotion or sale are subject to the same return policy.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- The shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer.
- The customer is responsible for shipping until delivery to the address provided in the RMA.
- Packages sent cash on delivery or with unpaid shipping costs will not be accepted.
Goods insurance and transport damage:
If the customer has not selected optional goods insurance during purchase, any transport damage does not constitute a valid reason for return, complaint or free replacement, unless otherwise assessed by the courier in charge.
5. Verification of Returned Products
Returned products are checked by RAL 3 S.r.l. within 3-5 working days of receipt.
If the product appears to have been used, tampered with or has decreased in value due to handling that was not necessary to verify its nature or functioning, RAL 3 S.r.l. may retain a proportionate part of the amount to be refunded.
6. Refunds
After verifying the return, RAL 3 S.r.l. will proceed with the refund within a maximum of 14 days from the notification of withdrawal.
The refund will include:
- the price paid for the products;
- initial shipping costs;
The following are non-refundable:
- optional expenses purchased by the customer (e.g. goods insurance);
- additional costs arising from shipping methods other than the cheapest standard method.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Returns for Defective or Non-Compliant Products
In the event of a damaged, defective or non-compliant product, the customer must promptly notify info@passione500.it, attaching photos and a detailed description of the defect.
The customer may request:
- free replacement of the product; or
- full refund, including shipping costs for the return.
8. Compatibility of Spare Parts and Returns
The compatibility indicated in the product title or in the ‘compatible models’ section is based exclusively on Fiat original spare parts catalogues.
The seller is not liable for return requests due to incompatibility caused by non-original modifications to the vehicle, adaptations, customisations or conditions that do not comply with the standard models specified by the manufacturer.
Such requests will be handled as normal returns for withdrawal.
