1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales made through the website www.passione500.it.
The products can be purchased by both Consumers and Professionals (companies or VAT number holders). The right of withdrawal applies to both categories, except for exceptions provided for by law.
The images and descriptions of the products on the website are to be considered indicative. Colors, details, and finishes may vary depending on monitor settings or production differences. Any material errors in the description of the products do not constitute grounds for liability on the part of the seller, without prejudice to the possibility of withdrawal provided for by law.
RAL 3 S.r.l. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, applying the version in force at the time of the order.
2. Product Availability
All products on the website are available in stock and normally ready for shipment. The website does not manage dynamic inventory because RAL 3 S.r.l. physically has the material in its warehouses.
There are no cases of products that can be ordered but are not available.
3. Orders
Orders can be placed via the website, by email, or via instant messaging.
RAL 3 S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse orders that:
- signs of suspected fraud or unusual behavior;
- incomplete, false, or unverifiable addresses;
- customers with a history of problematic behavior;
- unauthorized or incomplete payments.
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale in their entirety.
4. Prices
All prices are quoted in Euro and include VAT at the rate applicable in the country of destination of the order.
Any shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on volumetric weight.
Goods insurance:
Optional and available at a cost of 1% of the total order, with a minimum of €5 (VAT included). If insurance is not selected, any damage caused during transport will be the responsibility of the customer.
Cash on delivery:
Commission equal to 1.5% of the order amount, with a minimum of €5. Cash on delivery is available within the limits set by the courier in charge.

Customers can pay via:

- Bank transfer
- Instant bank transfer
- Cash on delivery (payment in cash upon delivery; fees applied as per the previous point)
6. Shipping and Delivery
RAL 3 S.r.l. ships via national and international couriers (e.g., SDA, GLS, BRT). Shipping is available in Italy, Europe, and non-EU countries.
Approximate timings:
- Order preparation: 24/48 business hours
- Delivery in Italy: 24/48 business hours
- International delivery: 4–5 business days
Checking goods upon delivery
Upon delivery, the customer is required to carefully check the packaging before signing. It is necessary to always request the paper delivery document on which to affix your signature, stamp, and any justified reservations. Generic reservations have no value.
If the courier only has a handheld device, the customer must photograph the reservation entered by the driver. If this is not possible, it is recommended not to accept delivery of the package.
In case of damaged or abnormal packaging:
- indicate a specific and justified reservation, such as “broken cardboard,” “crushed packaging,” “hole in packaging”;
- Do not use generic reservations (“reserve for inspection”), as they are not accepted by couriers.
- immediately photograph any defects in the packaging.
If the packaging is intact but you have doubts about the integrity of the contents:
- sign with reservation, stating the reasons for your doubts (e.g., “possible impact – dented corner”).
Important notes:
- the control reserve must be affixed in the presence of the courier;
- in the absence of a justified reservation made in accordance with the procedures indicated, it will not be possible to open damage claims and we will not be able to intervene for any requests for replacement or reimbursement;
The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the customer upon physical collection of the package.
7. Spare Part Compatibility
The compatibility indicated in the product title or in the “compatible models” section is based exclusively on Fiat original spare parts catalogs.
The customer is responsible for checking any modifications, customizations, or adaptations made to the vehicle. RAL 3 S.r.l. is not liable for the unsuitability of the spare part if such incompatibility is due to non-original or unreported modifications.
8. Right of Withdrawal
The customer (Consumer or Professional) has the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the products, as indicated in the Returns and Refunds Policy.
The withdrawal does not apply to personalized products, sealed and opened products for hygiene reasons, installed electronic products, or items that cannot be returned after use.
9. Defective or Non-Compliant Products
In the event of damaged, defective, or non-compliant products, the customer must promptly contact RAL 3 S.r.l. by email, attaching photos and a description of the problem.
RAL 3 S.r.l. will offer:
- free product replacement, or
- full refund, including return shipping costs.
10. 10. Liability
RAL 3 S.r.l. shall not be liable for:
- delays due to force majeure;
- damage caused by improper use of the product;
- non-original modifications to the vehicle that make a spare part incompatible;
- Minimal differences between images and actual product due to lighting, monitors, or manufacturer updates.
- transport damage if optional insurance has not been selected;
- external content or links on the website.
11. Jurisdiction and ADR/ODR
For consumers, the competent court is that of their place of residence or domicile. For companies and professionals, the exclusive court is Turin.
